Building Engineer inspects all jobs for defects and compliance and you may expect, we are receptive to business continuity and internal business operations. The MultiTrades.com.au Process
	Visit After having assessed your on-line request for an e-estimate or Scope'n'Quote, we contact you to arrange a time to Visit. After arranging this time, we come and Visit.
	Scope Whilst visiting your job, we use our heads and the latest technology to devise a Scope. We then go away and refine your detailed scope for you, including the relevant 2 to 22 trades and services involved in completing the job.
	Quote Once completed the job Scope we provide you with our formal written Quote.
	Contractor If we are the successful contractor to do your job, we then prepare OHS & Risk Assessments (JSA & MOP), order materials, coordinate the 2 to 22 trades and complete the work.
	Invoice When the job is done and our engineer inspects the job for completion and compliance and if you are happy with the completed work, we issue you with one tax invoice.
	Payment You receive our tax invoice and pay as agreed in accordance with the original quote. The job is then closed and we begin long a term successful relationship.
