Once you use and submit a query using our on-line job information form, we break down the information, do a desk top audit of any attached documents, photos or drawings and commence the estimation process.

We use industry pricing modules developed over time to give you a clear indication of each sub category of work we deem necessary to complete the job at hand.

Where you need a fixed Quote, we make a time to visit you on site to complete a Scope in readiness to issue to you with our Quote.  This will shortly follow our site visit but only after obtaining product pricing and compiling material schedules.

All our pricing, photos and quotation will be provided to you online.  Once you become a potential client, you can visit www.complexproperty.clientsection.com and enter with your own designated password to assess quotations, make comments, download photographs and view the progress of the job at each and every step of the way.

We also keep all of our OHS, MOPs  (Methods of Procedure) and JSAs (Job Safety Analysis) on-line for your download and job file!
